Served eight years as elected City Attorney from 2001 to 2009 for the City of Los Angeles. Prior to that he was LA Deputy Mayor for Economic Development leading the City’s public private partnerships.

Twenty-five-year career in business development focused on technology. Most recently, government specialist for Konica Minolta securing multiple technology contracts with the City of Los Angeles and surrounding California counties.
Prior, founder and CEO of IA Technologies, a provider of information and data management solutions to the federal, state, and local public sectors.

Co-founder of Cygnis Media, Inc., an enterprise software development company, completed 150+ projects in nine years with clients such as Intel, MIT, Johns Hopkins University and NFL. Been in the app development space since the industry’s inception with the launch of the first iPhone & Android devices.

Thirty-year career in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, CEO and head of M&A for Citizens Capital Markets. Prior senior leadership positions at other leading financial institutions.

President of 3D Networks, a government and public affairs consulting firm. Prior to 3D, served thirty plus years in public service in high profile positions including Los Angeles Deputy Mayor for community and legislative affairs and Chief Advisor to the City Attorney.
